Most of us have patterns we know all too well.

We’ve been there. We’ve done that. We’ve told ourselves, “This time will be different.” And yet somehow we find ourselves back in the same emotional loops, the same reactions, the same stories about who we are and what is possible for our lives.

The spiritual journey isn’t about pretending those patterns never existed. It’s about becoming aware of them, taking responsibility for them, and choosing something new. Transformation doesn’t happen in one dramatic moment—it unfolds through a series of conscious choices. We notice the pattern, interrupt the pattern, and slowly build a new way of being.

In my book, Unapologetic Manifestation: Five Steps to Create the Life You Want, I write:
Manifestation is not magical. It is profoundly internal.
The life we experience is shaped by our beliefs, our awareness, and the actions we are willing to take in response to that awareness.

This Sunday we will explore what it means to move from Been There, Done That to New Life. Not as a one-time event, but as an ongoing spiritual practice of awakening, growth, and transformation.

If you’ve ever felt stuck in an old story, this conversation is for you.

Join us Sunday at Unity San Francisco. Let’s discover together what it means to begin again.
