Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself

Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself

In this eye-opening talk, Rev. Ken welcomes into the study of Dr. Joe Dispenza’s book, Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. Together we look at our personality, creates our personal reality, and lock ourselves into habitual behaviors. Then we look at how to break those patterns and build the processes to create our new reality.

Stepping Toward Your New Destiny

All the great leaders of the world have thought greater than their circumstances. In this talk, we look at reprogramming our minds so that we can create the lives we desire. And further, how we must live in a coherent state of being, aligning our thought and feelings, will amplify our ability to manifest our heart’s desire.

Your Brain and Meditation

The magnificent you, your higher self, already exists within you. Meditation is the key to opening our brains and minds and changing our physical reality by changing how we show up in our lives. We look at the different sections of our brain/ grey matter and how our minds, thinking/feeling/behaving nature, work together.

Divine Paradox

“Every picture has its shadow, and it has some source of light!” Joni Mitchell

We live in a dualistic world; we see everything and talk about right and wrong, good and evil, young and old. That belief that there is only a dualist choice, we experience pain and suffering. As we wake up and come to our whole selves, we know that the shadow is just as much a part of the divine plan as the light!

Paradigm Shift

Breaking the Habit of Being Ourselves means getting to shift our ideas about what is important and stop sweating the small stuff. We all have a choice, we can change because of pain and crisis, or we can move into change with love and joy. To do this, we must become aware of our self-imposed ideas of limitation and shift the paradigms of our lives.
