Join in the ultimate inner adventure and learn how to lose all of the fear-based stories you have innocently clung to all of your life!
Based upon The Work of Byron Katie, this practice group will give you a hands-on experience that you can apply to everyday life. Open to everyone from beginners to experienced practitioners, The Work of Byron Katie uses four questions and their turn-arounds as a practice of inquiry, to identify and question our thoughts.
