Tom Lenoble, a Unity member for 30+ years, integrates Unity principles into his work as a coach, speaker, and CEO of The Academy for Coaching Excellence. With corporate leadership experience (MCI, Walmart.com, Facebook) and board expertise, he coaches entrepreneurs globally via Santa Clara University. Currently a Platform Assistant at Unity SF/Maui, Tom offers pro bono coaching. A long-time philanthropist, he seeks board service to boost Unity SF’s growth, visibility, and sustainability through inspiring leadership.
Ethel Kellie-Schellang
Vice Chair
Ethel’s spiritual journey, from Catholicism to Siddha Yoga and a 30-year dedication to Unity, has shaped her into a Licensed Unity Teacher and Spiritual Direction student. Her diverse background fostered a love for ritual, belief in inherent divinity, and a deep connection to Unity. With a Master’s in Social Work and a 28-year career as a clinical social worker, Ethel now serves on the Unity of San Francisco Board, committed to representing the remote community.
Kate Hunt

Kate Hunt, a dedicated virtual member of Unity San Francisco, brings a wealth of experience as a retired Spanish teacher. Her compassionate approach, cultivated through years of dedicated service to students, now informs her leadership. She currently serves as Secretary of the Board of Trustees, Social Media Ambassador, and is one of our Spiritual Salon hosts, facilitating discussions that foster thoughtful dialogue and deeper connections within our community.

Mike Hirner, a dedicated California Real Estate Broker, brings 25+ years of Peninsula and San Francisco market expertise. His extensive financial services background provides clients with valuable fiscal knowledge. A long-time 20-year Unity San Francisco member and former prayer chaplain, he currently serves on the welcoming Welcome Team, ensuring a warm experience for all visitors.

Grounded in Unity principles and spiritual leadership, Shaun is also a committed advocate for the trans community. A dedicated Unity SF member for 2.5 years, Renee Labourdette seeks board service to deepen her commitment. With 30+ years as an HR professional, she offers expertise in people management, problem-solving, and fostering collaboration. Currently Hospitality Lead, Renee embodies authentic spiritual leadership through integrity and compassion. Committed to responsible financial stewardship, she hopes to contribute her skills and dedication to furthering Unity SF’s mission and ongoing transformation.
Rosie Dominia

Rosie is a dedicated member of Unity SF who brings compassion and empowerment to our board and the community. She is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Integrative Nurse Coach who values a holistic approach that emphasizes building trusting relationships and fostering client autonomy, which deeply aligns with Unity’s core values. Rosie also serves as a Prayer Chaplain and on the Welcome Team. Her commitment to holistic well-being and positive community impact makes her an invaluable asset.

Dean, an active 10-year Unity San Francisco member, contributes a wealth of diverse expertise to our community. Drawing on his experience as a construction company owner, he provides invaluable insights into facilities management at the church. Additionally, he directs his family music company and previously served as a vice president of his local union, where he passionately chaired the human rights committee.
