I am thrilled to extend an invitation and a challenge to each and every one of you to join me in an exciting and transformative class based on the powerful book, “The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership.”

As you may have heard from my talk last week, the concept of conscious leadership beckons us to step into a new paradigm—one where success is not just measured by external achievements, but by the depth of our presence, the authenticity of our relationships, and the impact we create in the world around us. To do so we must let go of who we have been and embrace a powerful way of being.

At Unity San Francisco, we believe in nurturing the seeds of consciousness within ourselves and each other. We recognize that true leadership begins with self-awareness, and it flourishes through intentional action and deep commitment.

“The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership” provides us with a roadmap for this sacred journey. Authored by Jim Dethmer, Diana Chapman, and Kaley Warner Klemp, this book offers profound insights and practical tools for cultivating conscious leadership in every aspect of our lives.

In our upcoming class, we will explore each of these commitments with curiosity and compassion. We will delve into topics such as taking radical responsibility, embracing curiosity over certainty, and leading from a place of abundance rather than scarcity. Through group discussions, experiential exercises, and guided meditations, we will support each other in embodying these principles and integrating them into our daily lives.

I invite you to join me on this transformative adventure—a journey of self-discovery, growth, and empowerment. Together, we will create a space where vulnerability is celebrated, where challenges are viewed as opportunities for learning, and where each of us can step into our fullest potential as conscious leaders.

Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to the path of conscious leadership, there is a place for you in this class. All that is required is an open mind, a willing heart, and a commitment to growth.

Join with us this Sunday, in our quest for sustainable success and collective evolution. Together, we can co-create a world where conscious leadership is not just a lofty ideal, but a lived reality—a world where each of us shines brightly, illuminating the path for others to follow.

With love and blessings,

Rev. Ken
