Radical responsibility asks us to own everything in our experience — not as blame, but as power. It’s about shifting from “Why is this happening to me?” to “How is this happening for me?” and “What can I create now?”
Scripture reminds us again and again that transformation comes when we step into our agency. Jesus models this in the wilderness when he chooses faith over fear. The woman who touches the hem of his garment takes her healing into her own hands. The prodigal son chooses to return home, opening himself to grace. Each story shows that the turning point comes when we step forward in awareness and ownership.
Likewise, The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership challenges us to move out of victimhood and into a higher level of consciousness where we take ownership of our choices, our energy, and our impact.
When we embrace radical responsibility, we reclaim the freedom to create new possibilities and to live fully in alignment with Spirit.
Join me live this Sunday at Unity San Francisco as we explore how claiming radical responsibility unlocks true freedom and abundance.
