Gay Men’s Spirituality
Lead by David Monticalvo
Every First Wednesday
6:00 – 7:30 PM PT
Open to anyone in the San Francisco Bay Area who identifies as a gay man. All ages and beliefs are welcomed – the only requirement is to have spiritual curiosity. The goal is to make each person feel connected to one another and celebrated.
The bulk of each session centers on breakout groups where participants get to connect with one another over curated discussion prompts. There are also activities, mini-ceremonies, or meditations.
This is a drop-in group that’s held at Unity San Francisco, an uplifting community for folks who are spiritual but not religious. A suggested donation of $20-30 is appreciated, but we don’t want cost to prohibit anyone from joining this welcoming community – so no one turned away for lack of funds.
Spiritually Feminine
Lead by Misa Malone
Every Second Tuesday
6:30 – 8:30 PM PT
At Unity San Francisco, we believe your spiritual journey is uniquely yours—but you don’t have to walk it alone. Spiritually Feminine is our monthly dedicated space for women and womxn to engage in conscious conversation and collective growth.
Through the lens of Unity’s five principles, we educate and empower one another to stay centered amidst the noise of today’s world. Join us for an evening of deep listening, shared laughter, and spiritual discovery as we honor the Divine Feminine within us all.
Mindful Miles
Lead by Kate Thornton
Every Fourth Monday
11:00 AM – 12:30 PM PT
Step away from the everyday and join us for Mindful Miles, a monthly walking group dedicated to exploring the beauty of San Francisco while nurturing our inner peace. More than just a walk, this is a dedicated time to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with ourselves, our community, and the stunning city we call home.
Each month, we gather to discover a new scenic location—from the iconic paths of Golden Gate Park to the stunning vistas of the Presidio. It’s a beautiful opportunity to move your body, engage in gentle conversation, and practice presence in the moment.
